We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before your check-in date. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.

Yes, the cabin is accessible year-round. The roads are well-maintained, but we recommend a vehicle with good traction or 4WD during snowy conditions. We'll provide road condition updates before your arrival.

Yes, we require a 2-night minimum stay. During peak seasons and holidays, a 3-night minimum may apply. Check the booking calendar for specific requirements.

The cabin includes: private hot tub, WiFi, full kitchen with cookware and dishes, coffee/tea, washer/dryer, linens and towels, gas fireplace, smart TVs, board games, and outdoor seating. We also provide basic toiletries and cleaning supplies.

The cabin uses keyless entry with a secure door code. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions including the door code, gate code for the community, and directions 24 hours before your arrival.

Cell service varies by carrier but is generally good. The cabin has high-speed WiFi, so you can use WiFi calling if needed. We recommend downloading offline maps before arrival for exploring the mountains.
